We are thrilled to be working with NRG Solar on the development of all of our projects. NRG is a Fortune 500 Company that owns and operates one of the country's largest and most diverse power generation portfolios. Headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, the company's power plants provide more than 24,000 megawatts of generation capacity-enough to supply more than 20,000,000 homes. NRG's retail business, Reliant Energy, serves 1,600,000 residential, commercial, and industrial customers in Texas.

Kennedy Partners has been at the forefront of solar development for schools and public agencies since 2008-the start of the time that this type of statutory procurement was available to such entities. When Kennedy Partners entered into the Joint Development Agreement with NRG Solar, not only were the projects on our portfolio funded, but NRG Solar committed to funding all other similar projects that Kennedy Partners would be awarded.
