MANAGEMENT TEAM

John Kennedy, Managing Principal:  is responsible for all day to day business of the firm and manages our Cost Management and Project Scheduling efforts on all projects. At the Planning and Feasibility level, John Kennedy will apply his expertise to develop Capital Evaluations and pathways toward Capital Improvement implementation.  

Mark Rafferty, Principal Consultation: has over 20 years of experience in Architecture, Engineering and Construction Management as both a Consultant and an Owner’s Representative - Capital Improvement Planning and Implementation is a key focus of Kennedy Partners; Mark leads each of these efforts with customized approaches to Prioritization, Scheduling, Continuous Cost Management, Design Phase Services and Construction. 

Allison Suriano, AIA LEED AP, Principal: has been on “every side of the table” for K-12 educational construction and building programs throughout her 20-year career.  From architect, to builder, to program manager responsible for, she has studied, programmed, designed, built and managed schools all over the state. Allison was recently appointed by Governor Brewer to serve on her Solar Advisory Task Force.
